Touchdown Terms of Service

1. Use of the service

Touchdown provides tooling that analyzes Jira ticket content and your local development context to help you prepare implementation prompts, understand likely code impact, and improve engineering workflows.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining lawful access to any Jira, repository, or editor environment you connect to Touchdown. You must ensure that your use complies with your employer's policies and any third-party service terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Touchdown to interfere with systems, access data without authorization, or violate applicable law. You remain responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in production.

4. Intellectual property

Touchdown retains rights in the application and related branding. You retain rights to your code, tickets, and other content you provide, subject to any permissions needed to operate the service.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Touchdown is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that generated suggestions, impact previews, or prompts will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific use case.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touchdown will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Touchdown after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
